Quickly and easily see where all your vehicles, personnel and other assets are in real-time. No other platform makes it so easy to understand where your people are, where they have been, how they got there and how long they spent.

Historical movement can be reviewed in a number of ways including; our unique Calendar view, Replay, and Activity views.

DASHBOARDS

Dashboards can be custom designed to show any data that is available in the TrackIt Platform. From map locations to speeding, driver behaviour through to fuel usage for the month. Any failed checklists, maintenance reminders, RUC reminders. It can display job related information, number of jobs outstanding, volume figures based on information gathered on our electronic docket system. You can even show tank/silo levels or number of tools on the job site or temperature in the back of a chilled truck.

TIMELINE

The Timeline is a unique view of all vehicle/device/driver activity for a given day allowing you to understand very quickly what time the drivers’/ employees’ day started and finished. View the total drive time or working hours and quickly identify speeding or idling as well as being able to identify the type of patterns that are normal for your type of business and quickly spot outliers.

DRIVER BEHAVIOUR

TrackIt’s driver behaviour Scorecard shows the metrics that are measured and the values achieved. Therefore, managers have a greater understanding exactly what kind of driving behaviour has affected the overall score. Perhaps it is consistent harsh cornering for example – it may not be speeding. Managers have greater insight to then be able to address any potential issues accurately.

ROAD USER CHARGES

Now you can view the status and manage all your Road User Charges (RUC) licences from just one screen. Our automated purchasing and off-road refund claims can be flexibly controlled for every vehicle.

FLEET MANAGEMENT

The fleet management Warboard allows you to view and manage all of your key vehicle information including: WOFs, COFs, Regos, Odometer readings, and Service due mileage - all on one screen. Information displayed will automatically change color to warn you when they are approaching renewal dates and of course you can also receive email or SMS reminders.

ALERTS

Alerts can be generated automatically whenever a speed limit is exceeded, geofence is entered/exited, maximum idle time is reached, etc. You can also define your own custom alerts based on time, location, and other data so that any behaviour can produce a notification.

Receive any alert notification by Email, SMS or through our Mobile Apps - so you always know when events happen that are important to you.

FLEET OWNERSHIP REPORT

The TrackIt solution contains dozens of powerful reports to help you make smarter decisions and get the most out of your resources. For example; our Fleet Ownership report helps to quickly understand operating costs per vehicle, utilisation, lease parameters and much more.
